THE BRIEF

NBS EduWORLD is a Horizon Europe project at the crossroads between nature-based solutions and education.

I participated in a series of videos meant to spread the inform about the topic, either explain what's an NBS or to explain some other aspect of it. It was a series of 5 videos, that needed to keep visual cohesion.

The solution

For this, we first defined the look and feel for these videos. We followed the brand guidelines, while also adding a lot from ourselves. We settled in colors, textures, common assets and more.

We also established the motion look: it would run on a choppy 8-12 frames per second. The animation should look imperfect and a little shaky.

After I received the script and VO, I took care of the entire thing. From an initial parsing of the script to storyboards to styleframes to animation.

And to finish, I also did the sound FX treatment for all videos on this series.
